We strive to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee exact representation due to screen differences.

SECTION 5A – ORDER FULFILLMENT
Depending on product availability and destination, some orders may be fulfilled from regional warehouses or partnered distribution centers. Packaging may vary from retail packaging. While we work with trusted fulfillment partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs procedures, or courier issues.
SECTION 5B – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Orders delivered outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Einkera is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
SECTION 5C – VERIFICATION OF RETURN & REFUND CLAIMS
For quality-related claims (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), customers must provide the required photo and real-time video evidence as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Additional verification, such as packaging and shipping label photos, may also be required.
Submitting altered, manipulated, or AI-generated media is strictly prohibited. Claims suspected of fraudulent evidence may be denied, and misuse of our policies may result in refusal of future service.
SECTION 5D – EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws. Certain products, such as opened or used personal care and beauty tools, are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 5E – DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & VERIFICATION
When a carrier marks an order as “delivered,” the package is deemed delivered for legal and operational purposes. If you are unable to locate the package, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Additional verification may be required, including checking with household members, neighbors, or your local postal office, before a claim can be investigated.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, including those placed using the same billing, shipping, or account information. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for all purchases.
