Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
- A tracking link will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For supported destinations, applicable taxes and import fees are generally included in the shipping cost through our logistics partners.
- Customers are not expected to pay additional fees upon delivery.
- In rare cases where local authorities apply additional charges or requirements beyond the carrier’s control, such fees or delays may occur.
- Einkera is not responsible for fees imposed by customs authorities outside of standard shipping arrangements.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout.
- Address changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
- During high-demand periods, deliveries may take slightly longer.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days.
