Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with Einkera. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent process while ensuring the safety and integrity of all return claims.

14-Day Return Rights (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To qualify for a return under withdrawal rights, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used personal care or beauty tools cannot be returned.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement (Quality Issues)

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You report the issue within 14 days of delivery
  • You provide clear photo and real-time video evidence of the issue

Required Evidence for Damage or Defect Claims

To verify claims and protect against fraudulent submissions (including AI-generated or digitally altered media), we require the following:

  • Photos of the product showing the issue
  • A short real-time video demonstrating the problem (the item must be shown moving or handled, not a still image)
  • Photos of the outer packaging and the shipping label
  • For shipping damage claims, packaging must show visible signs of impact (dents, tears, compression, etc.)

Claims submitted with unclear, inconsistent, or altered media may be rejected. Additional verification may be required before approval.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Opened or used beauty/personal care tools (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized returns sent without contacting support first
  • Final sale items or gift cards

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at support@einkera.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos and the required real-time video
    • A brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, our logistics team will confirm the correct return address based on your region and the item purchased. Please wait for authorization before sending anything back, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for withdrawal or change-of-mind returns.

If your item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping or provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Bank Posting: Banks or payment providers may take an additional 3–5 business days to display the refund.

If your refund has not appeared after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.

Fraud Prevention Notice

To protect our customers and business, all claims are subject to verification. Submitting fabricated, manipulated, or AI-generated evidence will result in claim denial. Repeated fraudulent attempts may lead to refusal of service.
